Lawmakers from the Connecticut General Assembly’s Black and Puerto Rican Caucus joined with the partners of Campaign LEARN at the State Capitol Feb. 11 to announce the introduction of a comprehensive legislative plan aimed at closing the achievement gap between minority and white students in Connecticut, the state with the highest discrepancy in the nation, they said.
